Once you've completed your program, you can view and share your digital academic statements via My eQuals.

Award levels

When you graduate, your award will be conferred with an award level, such as Distinction or Honours First Class.

Verify a student’s qualification (for employers)

If you’re an employer or institution, you can verify a student’s qualification and conferral date via RMIT’s award verification service.

Academic statement authentication

Some foreign governments require proof that your documents are genuine. Find out how to get your academic statements authenticated via DFAT.

Abbreviations of award titles

Once you have graduated from an award program at RMIT, you are entitled to use the abbreviated title of the award after your name.

Graduating? How and when to get your statements.

If you’re graduating soon, please wait until you’ve been conferred (graduate at a ceremony or in absentia) before ordering any academic statements. Statements ordered before you're conferred won't include your conferral date. 

You’ll be given access to your digital completion transcript, Statement of Academic Completion (SAC) and VE Qualification Statement (VE students only) 48 hours after being marked as ‘complete’ by your School.

You'll have access to all digital academic statements within one week after conferral.
