A number of Library systems were  updated in December 2022. RMIT staff please note this advice regarding the Reading lists Cite It tool and Canvas to Library links. 

Services and systems impacted

Cite It

The Cite It widget will be impacted by the upgrade. However, you will need to reinstall it only if you installed it before March 2022.

Important note about Library links in Canvas

URLs that start with 'ap01' or 'ap01-a' will be changing. We are working with ITS on a 'find and replace' solution, however links in documents you've saved in Canvas, or any links saved or bookmarked outside of Canvas will not be updated.

To avoid broken links in these documents, look for URLs that start with ap01.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/ or ap01-a.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/, then replace ‘ap01’ or ‘ap01-a’ with 'rmit'.

The correct URL in both cases is https://rmit.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/.
