An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will only be issued after you have submitted scanned and certified copies of the following documents:

An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will only be issued after you have submitted scanned and certified copies of the following documents:

  1. photo page of your­­ passport
  2. photo page of the passport of any family member who is attached to your Overseas Student Health Cover (sponsored students only)         
  3. your release letter (if transferring from another Australian education provider)
  4. any other outstanding documents listed on your offer letter.

If you do not have these documents, you can still accept your offer and submit the outstanding items when you get them.

There are three ways to submit these documents:

  1. Upload online
  2. Deliver in person at Study@RMIT
  3. Post to RMIT University, GPO Box 2476, Melbourne, VIC 3001, Australia.
