International Student CabCharge Request Form

Terms and Conditions

  1. I have submitted this form five days prior to my arrival date.
  2. I understand that if I submit this request with less than one business days' notice, the Cabcharge Digital Pass will not be issued.
  3. This is a one-off voucher with a maximum value of $100.
  4. No reimbursement will be given where the Cabcharge Digital Pass is not accepted by the taxi or a Cabcharge Digital Pass was sent to you via email, however, you did not receive it due to email blockage. 
  5. No credit or change will be provided for the unused portion of the voucher.
  6. The voucher is solely used for your transport from the airport to your designated drop-off location.
  7. The voucher is valid for a duration of three days starting from your arrival date.
  8. This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  9. This request is subject to RMIT approval.
  10. I have checked my estimated taxi fare and understood that it is my responsibility to pay for the difference directly to the taxi driver if the trip costs more than $100.
