The RMIT University Library has a history of preparing students for life and work through supporting Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and student placements. As partners in learning, teaching and research, we’ve also helped hundreds of students get real-world experience during placements.
In response to the changing nature of libraries in education and industry, we are now offering student placements in the following areas:
If you’re looking to place a student in a program and see a logical pathway for a relevant WIL experience within the areas above, submit WIL proposal to get started. We will assess your proposal to ensure we can support a meaningful experience for your students. It is important that the proposal supports your students' assessment and prepares them for the workforce with industry-relevant experience.
