At RMIT our values guide what we do, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other. You will find that some of the questions will touch on how you will exhibit these in your daily life.

Here we always experiment and explore new ideas. So we will ask you about the strategies you will implement or how you react to a specific situation related to your work. This can be done through role plays, case studies, presentations or psychometric testing. These types of questions aim to establish your ability to perform in your role.
